With over 15 years of experience as an LICSW, I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to help clients explore patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape their lives. I work with individuals across all ages and bring a special passion for supporting first responders and maternal mental health.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Site Director in North Andover, I provide therapy for individuals and couples with a compassionate, personalized approach. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can explore challenges and move toward greater fulfillment.          

My practice is rooted in building trust, warmth, and authenticity to support healing and growth. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet each client’s unique needs. 

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide a safe, compassionate space for adolescents and adults to feel understood and supported. I specialize in CBT, trauma-focused, and emotion-focused therapy, and have extensive experience working with autism and developmental disabilities.
